This event is dedicated to fostering a space where Black wellness is the priority, featuring activities that nourish both the body and spirit.

Explore reflective art-making, therapeutic boxing, yoga, aerobics, somatic workshops, music, and more. The evening culminates with a healing sound bath on the hillside garden.
