In a wide-ranging practice that spans music, visual art, and performance, Berlin-based artist Pan Daijing (Guiyang, China, b. 1991) focuses on the fleeting experience of liveness. Training attention on profound and intimate details—images of fingers brushing over skin, the sound of our own footsteps—the artist frames a time and space of constant transformation. An artist, composer and performer, Daijing creates work that connects sound and space to tell stories across multiple disciplines and forms.

Torsk’s chef duo Sydney Reuter and Axel Pineda first connected while working at FIKA Café at the American Swedish Institute, where they cultivated a shared passion for Scandinavian culture and cuisine. Three years later, they started launching independent culinary pop-ups across the Twin Cities. Most recently, they’ve embarked on a new residency at Bar Brava, a natural wine bar in North Minneapolis, serving fresh bites from an open, scratch kitchen. Their evolving menu reflects what they personally love to eat—rooted in Scandinavian traditions, yet always approachable and inventive.
