Here’s your chance to catch up on the independent films everyone is talking about this awards season. An exclusive program for Walker, FilmNorth, and Film Independent members, this free series showcases the work of Film Independent Spirit Awards nominees in the categories of Best Feature, Best First Feature, and Best Documentary. Selected for their uniqueness of vision and innovative storytelling, films are chosen by nominating committees composed of a mix of passionate industry professionals, including directors, actors, writers, critics, and past winners.
Walker members at the Contemporaries level and above can reserve up to two tickets online in advance. All other membership levels can pick up tickets at the Main Lobby desk starting one hour prior to the first screening; tickets are first come, first served. Want to upgrade to Contemporaries level? Call the Member Line at 612-375-7655.
FilmNorth and Film Independent members will be able to reserve tickets at filmnorth.org. All reservations must be made by 11 am the day of the event. Reserved tickets must be collected at the Box Office at least 15 minutes prior to the start of each screening, at which time unclaimed tickets will be released.
