Private tours
Private guided tours of the galleries and the Minneapolis Sculpture Garden are available for groups of five or more.
Private guided tours are a great way to learn about art and spend time with family, friends, or colleagues. The Walker offers guided tours led by trained educators for groups of five or more.
Tours are one hour in length, can take place in the galleries or in the Minneapolis Sculpture Garden (May–October), and can be tailored to fit your group’s interests. Virtual tours are also available.

Group rate (per group member)
- Adults: $20
- Seniors (65+): $18
- Walker Members receive a 50% discount on guided tours. Not yet a member? Join today.
Accessibility group rate
- FREE
This applies to groups of people with disabilities.
Community group rate
- FREE
This applies to service organizations like mental health groups; elder care groups; organizations that provide services to unhoused individuals; youth correctional facilities; organizations that serve under-resourced populations; childcare or out-of-school youth groups like the YMCA, Girl Scouts, Project Success; etc.
Nonprofit group rate
- 50% off
This applies to 501(c)3 nonprofit organizations.
Museum staff rate
- $2 per person
This applies to staff members from museums outside the Walker.
