The Walker and AIGA's Insights Design Series Lecture with Daniel DeSure is Canceled
The Walker has regretfully cancelled the Insights Design lecture this Tuesday, March 10 with Los Angeles-based designer Daniel DeSure due to an abundance of caution for our guest.
The other events in the series remain as scheduled at this time.
Ticket holders have been contacted directly. Tickets may be exchanged into another Insights Design Lecture or refunded to the original form of payment. Ticket holders are welcome to contact the box office at 612.375.7600.
ABOUT DANIEL DESURE
With an emphasis on his local community and an expansive collaborative network, Daniel DeSure has created a multidisciplinary practice that skirts the worlds of art, fashion, design, and film. His many projects include founding the creative studio Commonwealth Projects, with clients such as Rimowa, Sonos, Nike, Olafur Eliasson, and Sundance, as well as Total Luxury Spa, a ridiculously hip fashion line dedicated to serving LA’s Crenshaw neighborhood.
ABOUT INSIGHTS DESIGN LECTURE SERIES
For more than 30 years, the Walker Art Center and AIGA Minnesota have collaborated to bring leading design thinkers to the Twin Cities for the annual Insights Design Lecture Series. These designers are imagining new ways of working, redefining their respective industries, and in some cases, forging entirely new futures for design.
