Tips for visiting with kids

Before your visit

During your visit
  • Check in: There are a variety of tools available at the desk in the Main Lobby, including multilingual family guides, sketchbooks, and fidget toys. Find out about our resources for families with sensory sensitivities.
  • Join a tour: Free public tours are available throughout the week.
  • Ask questions: What do they see? What’s their favorite artwork? Play a game of I Spy, or challenge each other to pose like a shape in a piece of art.
  • Take breaks: Explore the galleries at your own pace.
  • Please keep children with you at all times.
